Today I went to Subway.

There were these 12 year old boys hanging around. As I got my food and left they were all checking me out like little prepubescent lemurs and one of them said “Can I get your number?” And I turned around and said “Why, you need a babysitter?”

We all have a someone we fucking don’t want to let go.
Hedonist Poet - hedonistpoet (via perfect)
I could smoke a cigarette, but even the smoke slowly curling into my lungs could not replace the feeling of vast emptiness I have today, everyday. I could kiss a stranger but the shape of her lips on my does not quite match the way you would mould your body quite perfectly into the curve of my arm. No smile lights up the way yours could, each glance at your lips felt like a secret, a ripe cherry picked from a tree that isn’t, and will never be my own. I could tell you I love you with the sincerest of eyes, but that would be a lie as you hold no place of love, you hold no selfless place within me. Adoration would suit you better, your want and and need for attention. Yes adoration would fit you perfectly my dear. And I could say quite plainly with respect that I miss you, that would be true, but I carry on, like waves lapping against the ever changing shorelines. You have left me ever changing.

As much as someone can tell you things, you have to go out there and make your own mistakes in order to learn.

Imagine getting pulled over by THAT!

If a boy ever says, you remind me of someone - don’t fall in love with him. You will never be anything more than second best.

#remember how this movie took female stereotypes and crushed them into a million pieces

casual reminder that Elle Woods scored a 179 on the LSAT, which is one point shy of a perfect score.

Casual reminder that Whatshisface here had family connections and was a legacy and shit, whereas Elle Woods came out of nowhere.

casual reminder that Elle Woods actually had an amazing background in real life issues that people dismissed as unimportant but managed to not only learn the law, but learned how to apply the law.

Casual reminder that Elle Woods used her lawyer skills to save a woman from an abusive relationship and also save another woman from trumped up murder charges and basically what I’m saying is you go, girl, go get ‘em Elle Woods, thank you for this movie.

Elle Woods give me strength

I wish you were in this room with me right now. I wish I could put my arms around you. I wish I could touch you.
